T'was A Crazy Game Of Poker

Wednesday night was the official going away party of "Poker Aaron".

I call him "Poker Aaron", to prevent people thinking I'm talking about "my Aaron".

Poker Aaron has been my main connection to every great poker tournament, cash game, and club for the past 3 years. He sold me my current car, for a dirt cheap price, when my other car died. He's tossed me a few bills when I'm down on my luck at the poker tables. He's entertained me with his "unique" personality, and he was confused the hell outta me on the phone, when we're in the middle of a conversation, and he goes silent for 5 minutes....

"Uh....you there dude?"

The impression Poker Aaron usually gives off is: Well off, whiney, kind of a dick, "playah", metrosexual, and shitty ass poker player (just kidding.....kinda).

He called me on Tuesday, while I was at Doubles, and told me if I wanted to see him again before he moves to California, then I need to meet him at Boomerangs the next night.

I told him, despite all the things people say, and think about him, the bottom line is, Poker Aaron is always there when you need him.

I went and made my peace with him.

I just wanted to post on here....

Poker Aaron....I will miss your whiney, bitch ass!

When I Finally Crash & Burn

I was going to apologize for the lack of updates...

Then I remembered I didn't care.

It's been a long busy week, which is a nice change of pace, but now I'm exhausted. Last night, Wifey and I hooked up with J Ryd with the always pleasant Jenna, and Ryan from work, and his lovely girlfriend Lindsey.

If you're a regular reader, you saw Wifey post on here a few days ago that we were going to Hooters....and to Hooters we went. I was shocked she actually followed through, it was her idea, origanlly I thought she was just fucking with me. It was a nice dinner, filled with me dropping many "F" bombs, and gay jokes around several little children (yeah, I guess people bring their kids to Hooters, rock on!). We also got to see the most amazing thing I've seen in a long time...

I convinced Ryan to join us at Doubles, I think he was a little hesitant at first, but those Hooters girls will practically shove that alcohol down your throat, so I think a few beers changed his mind.

Doubles was a good time, as usual. I laughed at some drunk people, and Lindsey, Jenna, Ryan, J Ryd, and Nate all tried to teach Wifey how to take a shot. She finally got it down after 15 minutes....]

That's 15 minutes of sipping it, not waiting, and then shooting!

After that, we all went streaking! That was a little embarassing, because it was so hot, I couldn't get my balls to stop sticking to my leg...that, and I'm scrawny, pale, and have a penis smaller than the average clitorus.

I sport it well, though!
